Worst Chipolte ever. Food is always cold and the tables are always dirty. Understaffed, so the line takes forever.

Chipotle out of fajitas. I cant eat rice, so i eat veggies instead, i had to leave since the time wait was more than 10 mins for them to have fajitas ready. Dumb people working.

Dirty unsanitary dining area, a majority of the tables had food on them. The floor could use a sweeping, and the trash needed to be taken out. There were at least 6 employees there and like 2 diners.

S-L-O-W. I waited in line for 25 minutes for crunchy tacos. Once I finally got through the line I placed my order only to find out they're out of taco shells. They were also out of pinto beans. Every other Chipotle I've been to the line staff moves quick. Not here. Park location is much better. I won't return here.

This place has gone downhill over the last year or so. Last night it took about 45 minutes for us to get to the counter as 2 employees changed food helped customers and did a stack of online orders by themselves. 6 other employees were eating or sitting at tables with friends or doing other random stuff in other places other than being the counter. There was the employee behind the register though, eating a cup of guac without silverware. Just licking it straight out of the cup. If you're in St. Pete and need chipotle, hit up park blvd or 66th street. This one is the worst.

As always, everything was fresh and delicious. Chipotle always delivers consistent flavors and is a go to for something quick.

Normally this is a great place to grab a bite to eat. This evening was not a good visit. Took about 10mins in line before I even ordered my food. Food was running out, and had to keep waiting for it to be refilled. My burrito bowl was not completely filled like it normally is because of the shortage of food There was a cashier, guy doing the filling and a guy starting with the orders. The line was out the door. They did not seem to be interested in helping get people out. Was no impressed with this visit.

Yea, I'll take a steak burrito bowl, hold the attitude, please! Okay, I get it, my name isn't the easiest to pronounce (it's Leigh like Lee). However, when you yell out the wrong pronunciation (forgivable, no big deal) and your coworker corrects you with the correct pronunciation and you respond with an audible "so???" so the customer can hear...not okay. Cherry on the top? When my husband's burrito bowl came up, Susie Sunshine yelled, "DAVE? Or is it Da-Veh" while looking at me and snickering. Ummm okay, thanks sweetheart. So poor manners of one employee aside, they messed up the online order for the second time. After the first time, I chalked it up to a simple mistake and maybe that's what it was this time, too. Either way, I'll go to the Park Blvd location from now on. The food tasted fine and the girl working the register was nice, however, Susie Sunshine needs some remedial life training.

I ordered 3 burrito bowls and had to ask for extra meat and rice on each one. They are not serving what EVERY other Chipotle I've been to serve. I asked for guacamole and chips and the employee would not fill the tiny container full to the top. I complained to Demetra, the service manager, and was told they serve what "corporate" tells them. Either she's lying or the other Chipotle's across the country are doing it wrong. She was rude and never offered to fix it. She said they are supposed to give 4 oz of meat. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have asked her to weigh the meat to prove her wrong. I will never go back and I hope this review prevents others from going there too. I hope "corporate" takes a look at their practices too.

I eat Chipotle anywhere from 2-7 times a week. This has been my main Chipotle for about a year now and it is definitely a little less together than others, but I never had an experience that made me stop wanting to go there till today. I ordered online and came in a few minutes early. When I returned to the register, I look in the bag to see no tortilla on the side, almost as expected (hence me checking). I ask for one. The cashier was ignored by the other crew members. The cashier also didn't do anything to expedite things. This employee who was in line had to speak up for her. Also, another Chipotle employee was being served and he was looking at me not caring one bit either. Yeah, I'm waiting on my tortilla while you get your bowl made. In fact, someone put a quesadilla on the press almost a whole minute after I asked for my tortilla. Thankfully, this one guy (wish I knew his name, he's good) removes the quesadilla, puts my tortilla in and passes in down the line. Then I stare at my tortilla that is being blocked by a bowl while no one does anything about it. I don't know how much time I exactly wasted standing there, but it was ridiculous. On top of the terrible service, somehow my online order was messed up and had "Chicken w/ Extra Carnitas." I wanted carnitas. You'd think, considering the glitch, I'd at least get carnitas. However, I didn't get any ... but I was certainly charged for it. While I was line, another employee who was off-shift (?) was telling the cashier they need to work for their tips. They certainly do, I gave a $5 tip a few nights ago and now I totally regret it. Another bad experience: One time this guy gave me the measliest scoop of meat. He had to be new. I asked for double, because I don't want to be that guy who makes sure his scoop is as big as it should, I just want more meat. Thankfully, the next person in the line corrected it and added more. Also: Worst parking lot ever. Almost completely full at any given time it seems. Chipotle should know that any new location will be popping. Lastly: Lots of cops. Can make you feel a little unsafe, but there are a lot of sketchy people roaming the parking lot, so perhaps it is warranted.

I've been coming here since they opened at this location. I asked half and half. I maybe got a tablespoon combined.. I spoke to them about it... They had no comment... It was on 7/3/15 about 6:50pm EST.. Think twice before going there.. Poorly trained... FIX or you may lose a lot of customers.. I will try one more time and if it's not fixed I will let everyone I know not to go there!

Not enough parking for this place at lunchtime. Had two kids under 6, and circled a while but too tough to make a visit to a chain we find decent healthy, good, consistent while traveling...

It's Chipotle- you know what to expect. But in terms of other locations I've experienced, from DC to Tampa, this is a good one. Relatively clean (the drink station was an unstocked mess, but I guess that happens), fast line (I've waited 20 minutes at other locations) lots of seating indoors and out. I would bring my dog here to sit outside for sure. I've never seen so many tank top-wearing tanned juiced surfer bros in my life as I saw the other day watching the line at this Chipotle. We're not in Tampa anymore. Do you even lift bro??

I'm writing this specifically for this chipotle location. I have been a frequent chipotle customer for many years at various locations throughout the country before I moved to St Petersburg. I get the same order every time so I can honestly say that something is different about this location. It seems like the chicken is more dry, the rice is sometimes crisp, and the pico de gallo is actually spicy (more like hot sauce rather than mild). Overall, the food is not as good as the average chipotle. In addition to the lower quality food, the service at this chipotle is not great. I've tried to order online several times and not once has my order been correct. It also takes significantly longer to order food in the restaurant than any chipotle I've ever been to. Step it up guys!

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Every time I've been, I've waited in line for at least 15 minutes just to get to order my food. Tonight I waited 20 mins, while half of the staff stood around and joked with each other WHILE watching the people in the line! It's always the same deal with this Chipotle, you wait a ridiculous amount of time to get an attitude by the girls working the line. I'm surprised this one has managed to stay open as long as they have. Unprofessional workers that are extremely unproductive as well. The girl they had rolling burritos did a terrible job and re rolled a burrito while the first tortilla was still attached. So, that's two tortillas for one burrito. From now on, I'll drive the extra distance to P Park for a better Chipotle experience.

This is our favorite spot for cheap, good food on the go. I love their company mission to support sustainable farming and ranching practices of their suppliers. If anyone doesn't know the history there is a great documentary out there Inside Chipotle that goes deeper into the company's values and mission. Anyways, we are fans.

Just left there and was looking forward to my burrito.. Unfortunately it was bland - zero flavor.. The corn salsa tasted like corn off the cob.. The girl wrapping my burrito was busy flirting with the guy behind me that she ripped it and half way thru eating it - it just fell apart. So frustrating. First time ever that I've been disappointed with their service.

Consistently delicious food that is convenient is why I keep going back. It is nice to get off of work, grab some Chipotle and go home to enjoy. This location can get extremely busy, but the line usually moves pretty fast. I probably average going here once a week.

I love the ingredients and freshness of Chipotle. But I f there was another Chipotle near by, I would never come back to this one. Every time I come to this Chipotle they have stale chips. And today they are completely out out guacamole. Not a happy camper...

I am writing this review for this specific Chipotle location. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Chipotle. I go a few times a week. However, this location is extremely disappointing. On every occasion I have been to this one (the closest to my house in Old NE), there are never enough people working or you see the employees standing around or on their phones. The line will be out the door and they will have one person on the line taking orders. Yesterday, I got there right before the rush. I was so excited because there weren't many people in line and they seemed to be well staffed. All of the sudden, two of the staff members also joined the customer line and the now one person on the line (this is 6pm, mind you) started making an extremely complicated call-in order. This took well over 10 minutes. By the time she started taking my order, almost everything was out. Basically, the people made to stand in this line now got the dregs of the meat, veggies, and salsas. On top of that, there wasn't much steak left and the employee in line behind me shouted " SAVE ME THE REST OF THAT. IM ORDERING THAT". By this time the line is out the door, and there are employees in line ordering food while only 2 work the line. This is not an isolated occurrence. For once I would like to see a manager step in and take control of the restaurant. The only reason I am giving any stars is because I love Chipotle. I will not be returning to this location until something changes.

It's just amazing that with the simple assortment of ingredients you can have hundreds of flavor combinations here! My go to dish is a steak bowl, some tortilla chips to scoop up the prize and a nice fountain soda! The staff is usually quick and friendly Free refills are added bonus points

My second home. Seriously. I've been here way too many times. In terms of Chipotle's this is a great one. Despite many new faces over the years, the service (all approx 100+ times I've been there) has been excellent. The lines always move quick. And the ingredients are always fresh. There's always someone tending the tables, cleaning up after customers, so cleanliness is something that's never lacked. In addition, this isn't too far from the St. Pete Police station, so about half the time St. Pete's finest are eating with me in the dinning area. I've had better burrito's in my life (in California, of course) but Chipotle's have grow on me. Clean, good price, fresh and safety!.... you can't go wrong!

Nothing exciting going on here. However it is looking mostly clean and has plenty of parking. Here's a tip, get the bowl to go (they pack it like crazy) warm your own tortilla's at home and spice it up yourself. Super cheap way to feed 2 people (if you're my size....)

First Chipotle ever, so may be biased or inconclusive. Just wanted to experience the ambiance and wasn't that hungry yet, so just ordered the chips and salsa plus a small drink. The attendant sent me to the cashier at the head of the line to get it from her. You get some chips in a too-big bag, then a tiny container of tomato bits. Felt like where's the salsa. Chips a bit salty, and load your own drink just like lowly fast food. All their entries are over six bucks, in a Subway-type assembly line where you choose what to add. Their featured item is the burrito bowl at $6.29, may try that someday. Bare metal motif throughout, such as all walls up to waist-high, the tabletops and the waste-can holders. Huge bare metal tubes above hold the AC vents. Metal pipes painted burgundy just below the ceiling. Rustic wood chairs and tables. Whimsical wood and bare metal artwork adorns the walls. The decor gives the place a warehouse look, not sure what it's supposed to invoke if anything. Loud rap rock music annoying, but there's outdoor seating. For a place that calls itself a Mexican Grill, it's devoid of Hispanic-ness. Detected one or two that might be Hispanic. I've tried to find relevance here, but can't. Could have enjoyed a real lunch at Taco Bell for less money.

I'm a Chipotle addict. It's kinda embarrassing. I sometimes try to disguise myself so they won't recognize me as that girl that's already been in once today. Or I pretend like I'm picking up food for a friend by saying things like "Oh, I can't remember if she wanted white or brown rice" when ordering...Don't judge me Chipotle, this is your fault. Bottom line: Fresh healthy food that is quick and tastes awesome. But be warned, once you taste this sweet sweet Chipotle goodness, there's no turning back. (4 stars because parking is stupid and the line can be really long sometimes)

One of my go to place to eat. The burrito bowls are awesome and they use the best ingredients around. I'm always satisfied when I leave here. I recommend the burrito bowl with white rice pinto and black beans and steak top it off with green chili salsa sour cream and cheese add a bag of chips and a ice cold coke and your all set.

My go to place for great quality food and connivence. I usually order the same thing every time I come here and I can never go wrong. I love how you can actually see them prepare the fresh ingredients right in front of you so there is no guessing game as to how fresh your food is or where it's been sitting .

This is my go-to casual food restaurant. I get the same thing every time: Steak burrito with white rice, light on the black beans, sour cream, cheese, the green salsa and guacamole. While this location will occasionally skimp on filling during rush hour, they normally hook you up. One burrito is more than enough to fill you up. I sometimes have a hard time finishing it. Warning: once you try Chipotle you will never want other fast food burrito places again (Bye Bye Moe's and Pancheros).

Consistent quality. Fresh, fresh veggies. Steroid and antibiotic free pork, chicken and steak. Healthy and tasty at a very fair price.

I have been going to Chipotle for years. In CA and now in FL. They have the best guacamole.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
